The past several months have been hectic and filled with a great number of challenges for my family and I, to say the least.
I can’t count how many times I’ve entertained the thought that said “I don’t know how we’re gonna make it through”, only to see God gently lead us through and on to the other side.
In hindsight, I have witnessed The Lord step right in and make provision for whatever particular need we may have had at the moment… whether it was the need for strength… or for comfort…. or just the very words to speak; He’s stepped in on our behalf Time and Time again.
Yet, when I consider all that He’s done for my family and I, nothing quite compares to what He did for The World when He eventually stepped into the Human experience to redeem mankind.
We were helpless, destitute, and without strength (or resource) to help ourselves; and just in a nick of time, as He so often does, He stepped in… And He made a way.
Father, Thank You for Stepping in on our behalf… Help us to trust that You can, and will, step in at every moment of need just as you promised in Psalms 46:1..
